Rental Rates

CHAPEL AND NOVITIATE GARDEN RENTAL RATES
(effective January 1, 2012)

Facility rentals are based on a rate of $301 per hour with a two hour minimum rental for weekend summer daytime. Discounts apply for other days and times of year. Rentals must include all time required for set up, guest arrival, the event, guest departure and clean up. A 45 minute rehearsal may be scheduled for an additional $95.00.

FESTIVAL RENTAL RATES
(effective January 1, 2012)

Festival rentals at St. Ann’s Academy include the use of:

  • The Academy Green and Orchard: Large grassy area in front of the Academy suitable for tented or non-tented events; some electricity and potable water available.
  • Chapel and Novitiate Garden: 1858 Heritage chapel (seats 150) also includes parlour area as well the  garden with gazebo and balconies. The Novitiate Garden is suitable for tented (up to 70 seated) or non-tented events.
  • Auditorium: Theatre style venue (seats 200) for theatre or lecture-style presentations.
